Pet-friendly features, rain water harvesting, electrical vehicle charging, state-of-art gym and amenities gave this project an innovation edge over similar developments in the vicinity. With views of the nearby scenic landscape and favorable weather for outdoor living, the space planning for units and communal living area took full advantage of these two assets, and hence provided ample indoor-and-outdoor amenities at the residential lounge on the top floor, which opens to a roof-top terrace.
