This is one of the two new hotels next the National Convention and Exhibition Center in the Jinnan District of Tianjin City. The interior design and art concepts were inspired by the stellar Tianjin native and beloved feminist/author - Eileen Chang and her works. Since late 19th century, Tianjin has already been one of the foreign trade ports; and along with foreign merchants, respective blocks of settlements and diverse architectural styles came along as well, which the later influenced the interior detailing of this project in a monumental scale. A total of 387 keys including a presidential suite, five latest Marriott F&B outlets designed for Asian Markets such as Goji Kitchen & Bar, Noodle INC - a specialty, ManHo - Chinese, M Club, and The Lounge - lobby Bar are all in compliance with ADA accommodation and executed in the newest Marriot Standards.

A total of 301 keys including suites and two latest Marriott F&B outlets designed for Asian Markets such as The Mesh ADD and lounge-&-Bar are all in compliance with ADA accommodation and executed in the newest Marriot Standards.

Kabuki Hotel
Ethnic Fusion
This historic hotel is located in the heart of Japan Town in San Francisco. Experienced many remodels and renovations since its door opened in the 60s, it has undergone one more millennial make-over. It was renamed and same as the nearby Theater - Kabuki. The inspiration of the interior is therefore resonated with the traditional entertainment culture in Japan, renowned Ginza district and Ukiyo-e. Local culture is the new twist, California fusion grounded its new identity. The new hotel has 225 keys with new ADA compliant rooms, remodeled lobby, bar, new ADA compliant restrooms and system upgrade with a cost in the neighborhood of $30 Million.

Jack London Square Hotel - Concept
Industrial Chic
The scope is to develop a concept for a hotel on a parcel of waterfront property near Jack London Square in Oakland. It includes room types, area yield, and hotel identity and interior FF&E language. The program will have 155 keys of guestrooms and about 20,000 S.F. public amenities.
